Town · The kingdom of Pagan under Narapatisithu · as at first light, 1 January 1200

Pakhangyi

An old walled place controlling the junction of the Irrawaddy and the Chindwin and the ferry across (board).

Narapatisithu is venerated after death as a nat at the Kuni shrine at Pakhan (English Wikipedia, Narapatisithu), so the place carries his memory later. The campaign board's coordinate 21.467, 95.067 is used: we could not check it.
