OMNIA · a free strategy game set in 1200
One realm. One January morning in 1200. Up to thirty rivals who want the same land.
Play the Reconquista or the Angevin War as a real realm
In your browser · No account · Saves as you play
Drawn from the record. Every town, coast and mountain range sits where it stood in 1200.
Towns that grow. Click a nameplate and watch a hamlet become a walled city, with farms and a market at its gates.
Borders that breathe. Your frontier spreads out from your towns and gives way before an army.
Start as any realm of 1200, from Navarre to the Song. Choose your rivals: four, or thirty.
Grow towns, plant farms, raise walls and harbours. Levy your people and give each army a name.
March, raid and besiege. Win by dominion, by hegemony, or by leaving no one else standing.
The Paris Lances. Eagles of Pamplona. The Ashen Spears. Raise a host, rename it as you like, and remember it when it falls.
Open any town to see it whole. Every farm, market, harbour and ring of walls you build is added to the picture.
New in 0.8.2
Every game now closes with its own chronicle card, won or lost: your banner, your realm on the map, the rivals you outlasted and the army that won it. Share it from your phone, post it to X or Reddit, or drop it into Discord.
Post yours with #OMNIA1200, or on Discord. Everything that changed is in the changelog.

Rule in full. Your own coat of arms on every banner, tabard and town. A dynasty chronicle that keeps every reign you play. Private rooms with your own rules. A seat in the Season World. Sovereigns get splendour, never strength.
Price to be announced
Yes, the whole game. Sovereign members get splendour and records on top, never power.
It runs in a phone browser and answers to touch, but the map is easiest to play on a tablet or a computer. A better phone layout is on the way.
Probably. Both are quick, free strategy games in the browser. Seeds of Empire trades the modern world for 1 January 1200: realms and towns from the record, armies that march overland, and walls, farms and markets to build.
The board is history: the realms, towns and borders of 1 January 1200, from the OMNIA Atlas, where every entry lists its sources. The rest is yours to write.
It saves in your browser as you play. Come back and you continue where you left off. Export a save from the menu to take it to another device.
No. Open the game and start. It saves in your browser as you play.
You choose between 4 and 30 rival realms before you start. Every rival is a real realm of 1200.
