Port · The kingdom of Pagan under Narapatisithu · as at first light, 1 January 1200

Mergui (Myeik)

English Wikipedia (Myeik) says the town was the southernmost part of the Pagan kingdom from the eleventh to the thirteenth century (uncited) and that it passed to Sukhothai and then Ayutthaya after 1287 with no more precise date.

The Zetawun pagoda in Myeik district is credited to Narapatisithu in the Wikipedia text on him. The islands of the Mergui archipelago stand off the coast. Nothing else is dated.
