Feldkirch

A new town laid out about 1200 by Hugo of Tübingen below his castle on the Ill, where the Rhine valley road meets the road from the Arlberg; first named as a town in 1218.

On 1 January 1200 it is at most being laid out (not pinned); the old village of Feldkirch (later Altenstadt) lies just north.
