Town · Kediri (Panjalu) under Kertajaya · as at first light, 1 January 1200

Kamulan

The village in the southern hills (Durenan, Trenggalek) for which Kertajaya cut his plate of Saka 1116 (1194).

The campaign board reads it as a reward to the people for standing by him when enemies out of the east drove him from his palace and he took it back; it is the only war in the reign and stands five years before 1200. We could not read the plate, so the enemy, the place of the flight and the year of the war are not pinned here. The campaign board's 'first year' of the reign is an inference.
