Jaring

A freehold village of the Blitar country whose plate of Saka 1103 (1181) was cut for King Gandra.

It is the plate that lists the court's officers, with animal titles and a commander of the waters (senapati sarwwajala), the closest thing to a list of Kediri's officials. The findspot fixes the district; the house plots are gone. In 1200 the village stands as a freed community.
