Gurah

A temple complex of the Kediri period buried under volcanic ash south-east of the capital, uncovered only in 2007 and still being dug (the campaign board; the excavators' date was not checked).

It is one of the few places that shows what the Kediri court's own building looked like. In 1200 it is a working sanctuary in the king's district. Gurah is the old name of the district; the gazetteer does not hold it, so the coordinates are the campaign board's.
