The Ho of Singhbhum (the Kolhan), a Munda-speaking people with villages under a Munda and, above groups of villages, a Manki; English Wikipedia lists the Ho as a related group to the Munda and says Munde is a Ho word for headman, but dates nothing.
Like the Munda they have no known kings before the Singh rajas; the Subarnarekha frontier of the Gangas and Senas lies on their south-east side.
