South Konkan

The long coast between Chaul and Goa: creeks from the Savitri to the Terekhol, the ghat passes up to Karad and Kolhapur, and a string of small creek ports (Dabhol, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Rajapur, Vijayadurg, Vengurla).

The old name Konkan-900 survives in Kannada inscriptions. The Kolhapur Silaharas (Bhoja II) claim most of it and are building coastal forts; the Kadambas of Goa claim the south; the Thana line claims to Chaul. No one holds it as a ruled land. Sources are thin.

Where the sources disagree

Evidence: No source we read records a holder; the claims are from the Silahara and Kadamba pages of Wikipedia and the campaign board.

"The campaign board" is OMNIA's working map. These notes record where its earlier claims were checked against the sources.

On the map: A guess in every border; read as claims, not holdings.
