Harikela: the Chittagong coast and hills

The Chittagong coast, the Karnaphuli mouth and the hill frontier, and the old Buddhist coast south to Ramu: a sea-trade country with hills behind it.

The campaign board marks it "contested". Who holds the port is not known; the Arakan side presses from the south, the Pattikera line from the north, and the Senas claim all.

Not pinned; contested by claim.

Where the sources disagree

Evidence: The campaign board entry only.

"The campaign board" is OMNIA's working map. These notes record where its earlier claims were checked against the sources.

On the map: A rough outline from rivers and ridges; the real order was villages, estates and chiefs.
