Voltaggio

A road village on the old Via Postumia over the Apennine ridges, between Fiaccone and Gavi, essential to Genoa's road to Novi and the plain.

The Malaspina gave it up in their wars with Genoa late in the 12th century; Genoa governs it from then on.
