The Registers of Pope Innocent III for 1199 to 1201

The pope's outgoing letters for the year, in his chancery's own copy, touching nearly every realm in the atlas. For 1200 they include the orders behind the French interdict and its lifting, letters to John and Philip pressing peace, the long exchange with the German princes over Otto and Philip of Swabia, the crusade preparations and the fortieth, the Sicilian regency and Markward, the Leonese marriage and the interdict on Leon, Portugal's tribute, Sverre's Norway under ban, Denmark and Ingeborg, Hungary's warring brothers, Vukan of Serbia and Kaloyan of Bulgaria, Alexios III in Constantinople, Armenia and Antioch, Cyprus, the Livonian mission, Poland, Scotland's bishops, Gerald's St Davids case, Ireland, and dozens of monasteries. Each letter is dated by place and day, so the register is also the calendar of what Rome knew and when.

The Vienna edition (Hageneder) is standard and under copyright. The Documenta Catholica Omnia link was taken from the Wikipedia article's external links; the site refuses automated fetching, so the page could not be opened directly here.
