Nadol

The seat of the elder Marwar branch of the Chahamanas, a Chaulukya feudatory for most of the twelfth century.

Aibak came through in 1197 and (the campaign board says) found the fort abandoned; Jayatasimha went to the confederacy at Abu and the kingdom broke into pieces. Samantasimha, probably his successor, is attested by five inscriptions of 1199 to 1201 (Wikipedia). See Samantasimha of Nadol.
