Madayi (Marahi)

A port and market on the Kolathiri coast, founded or re-founded by the Mushika king Vallabha II (Wikipedia, Kolathunadu).

An Arabic inscription in the Madayi mosque records its foundation in 1124, the oldest dated mosque record of the shore in our sources.
