Jilu

English Wikipedia puts the capital of Ziqi at Jilu near modern Luxi, and the Dali bu list names a Jilu bu at Luxi.

Ziqi sits across the horse road from Dali to the Song market at Hengshan, and Zhou Qufei's Lingwai daida (1178) calls it a strong kingdom that has beaten its neighbours. The South China map writes the king and the Guizhou side (King of Ziqi); this point marks the Yunnan seat. The reconstructed dates of the kings (Axie 1176 to 1205) are low-confidence.
