Daimotsu

A harbour on the coast of Settsu at the west of the Yodo delta, in the modern Amagasaki.

Minamoto no Yoshitsune put to sea from Daimotsu in the 11th lunar month of 1185 (about December 1185) and his ships were wrecked in a storm, which began his flight [not yet checked against the source]. It is a small port; we have no estate or lord for it, and its coordinate is approximate.
