Zhen commanders

Dali's four garrison commands (zhen), as the Chinese Wikipedia lists them: Chengji in the north-west (Yongsheng), Menghe in the south-west (Weishan), Zhenxi in the west (Yingjiang) and Zuining in the east (Kaiyuan).

They guard the margins against the Naxi and Tibetan north, the Jinchi and Mong Mao west and the Yi east. The list is of Yuan or Ming date and the identifications with modern places are the compilers'.
