Rheinfelden

A Zähringen place at a Rhine bridge, with the castle on the island (the Stein), held through the old Rheinfelden inheritance; it became an imperial town after 1218.

HLS says that apart from the founded towns, the Zähringen places had no true urban structure before 1218.
