Imphal (Kangleipak)

The capital of the Meitei kings in the valley of Manipur.

The Cheitharol Kumbaba list names Thawanthaba (1195 to 1231) as king; the chronicle was reconstructed in the eighteenth century (English Wikipedia). The campaign board lists it as "no kingdom attested". See Meitei of Kangleipak.
