Moutong fu

Moutong was a commandery under Nanzhao and a fu under Dali (Chinese Wikipedia, 鹤庆县).

It holds the Heqing valley and the Jianchuan and Shaxi valleys to the west, on the roads to Lijiang, to the Jinsha and to the Tibetan border. The Mongols will take it in 1253 and make the Heqing circuit in 1271. The eight fu, four jun, four zhen and thirty-seven bu are the structure that Yuan and Ming writers give the kingdom (the Yuan Yunnan zhilue and Dili zhi; Yang Shen's Dian zai ji, Ming; repeated by the Chinese Wikipedia, 大理国).

No contemporary Dali document lists them, and we found no governor named for 1200.
