Mae Sam Laep

The ferry over the Salween, where the Moei meets it, on the hill road west from the Ping by Hot and Mae Sariang.

Past it the water runs down to Martaban and the country belongs to the Mon and, on the claim, to Pagan. The point is the campaign board's (18.117 N, 97.683 E); the gazetteer does not have it.
