Didwana

The second salt lake, sixty kilometres north-west of the Sambhar works and much smaller, worked from brine wells rather than a single sheet.

Between them Sambhar and Didwana fix the price of salt from the Indus to the Chambal. Its holder on this date is inferred from the general collapse of Chahamana authority north of Ajmer, not from a document.
