Enrico, younger son of Enrico Guercio, holds the coast at Finale, where he founded the walled Burgus Finarii (Finalborgo) in 1188, and the western valleys of the old march (Osiglia, Millesimo, Camerana, towards Novello).
Between 1188 and 1193 he sold his rights at Noli (the grain market and criminal justice), and on 8 April 1198 ceded the castle of Segno to Noli with free passage on its roads. He was in the East in 1190, when one Anselmo seized his castle of Cengio, which he recovered.
