The chronicle and cartulary of a small abbey between Guines and Ardres, near the border of Flanders and Boulogne. For the years around 1200 it records the abbey's long lawsuit with its mother house of Charroux at Rome, the counts of Guines and lords of Fiennes as patrons, local war damage from the Franco-Flemish fighting, and the preaching of the crusade in the district. Narrow but contemporary, and a check on Lambert of Ardres for the same lordship.
