A short universal history that for the 12th and 13th centuries follows Samuel of Ani, Michael the Syrian (which Vardan helped translate into Armenian in 1248) and Kirakos. For 1200 it adds a few notices of its own on the Georgian-Armenian frontier, the Zakarid conquests, Leo of Cilicia's kingship and the Seljuks of Rum. It is secondary for 1200; use it to confirm Kirakos and Smbat.
