All known charters for Pomerania and Rügen to 1253. For 1200 it gives the acts of Dukes Bogislaw II and Casimir II, who held Pomerania under Danish overlordship, Bishop Sigwin of Cammin, Prince Jaromar of Rügen as a Danish vassal, and the Cistercian and Premonstratensian houses (Kolbatz, Dargun, Eldena, Grobe) whose endowments show who held what on the coast. The Danish royal and papal letters touching Pomerania are included.
