A Song outline-and-detail chronicle of exactly the two reigns around 1200, drawn from the court's daily records. For 1199 and 1200 it gives the dated entries on Han Tuozhou's consolidation, the proscription of Daoxue, Zhu Xi's death, the empress's death, appointments to the frontiers and the Jin embassies, in more detail than the Song shi annals and with the source's own judgements. It is Song and contemporary (within a generation), and it is the chronicle to read first for the Song in 1200.
