Begins with Sverre's death in March 1202 and the reigns of Hákon Sverrisson, Guttorm and Inge Bårdsson against the Bagler kings Erling Steinvegg and Philippus, so it has nothing for 1200 itself. It shows what the Bagler party of 1200, with Bishop Nikolás and its base in Viken, became, and it names the men on both sides. The longer version survives only in Peder Claussøn's 16th-century Danish translation.
