A Picard chronicle whose author had lived in England and keeps an eye on both kingdoms. Its entries around 1200 cover Fulk of Neuilly's preaching and the crusade vows, the Paris schools and the riot of 1200, the interdict over Ingeborg, John's accession and his peace with Philip, and gossip about the courts. Independent of Rigord and sometimes wrong, but it preserves stories about the preachers and the schools that no one else has.
