Annals of Pegau; Annals of Magdeburg

The annals of the Wettin lands and of Magdeburg. Pegau, a house of the Wettin margraves, notes around 1200 Margrave Dietrich of Meissen (from 1198), Margrave Conrad II of Lusatia, Philip's Christmas court at Magdeburg in December 1199 and his Saxon campaign of 1200, and the Pleissenland. The Magdeburg annals proper end in 1188 and matter only as background. Both are laconic.
