The lords of the castle of Porcari on the Via Francigena east of Lucca, a kin group of Lombard descent (Lombard nobles are recorded moving to Porcari in 780).
Their castle, a fortified village with churches by about 1000, was Lucca's last line of defence toward the Valdinievole and was destroyed three times. it.wikipedia lists the Porcaresi among the families that divided the Garfagnana. Their standing toward the commune of Lucca in 1200 is not pinned.

Primary sources for Lucca
Chronicles, registers, sagas and inscriptions written in or near 1200 that cover this entry. Each has its own page with editions, translations and where to read it.
- Annals of Pisa, by Bernardo Maragone, with continuation, Bernardo Maragone (1160s to 1175, continued to 1192). Pisa's official annals stop in 1175 and their continuation in 1192, so there is no Pisan narrative for 1200 itself. Read online
